Technical Data: Key Points for Heater Selection

Introducing a method for selecting the material and shape of heaters based on the properties of the chemicals.

This document introduces how to choose four types of heaters according to the procedures. There are restrictions on material selection depending on pH value, operating temperature, and clay. It includes methods for selecting "chemical resistance (material) and heater shape," "cap shape selection," and calculating the electrical capacity required for overheating. Additionally, please use the corresponding matrix as a guideline for the appropriate data for each heater and chemical. [Contents] ■ How to choose a heater (1) Selection of chemical resistance (material) and heater shape (2) Selection of cap shape (3) Heater capacity and number (4) Shape of the plug *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Frost Removal Heater "SOK Defrost Heater"

We have received great appreciation and support from everyone in the industry for our high quality and short delivery times!

The "SOK Defrost Heater" is a defrosting heater for freezers, refrigerators, and freezer and refrigerator showcases. The sealing part of the heater is sealed using our unique gas-impermeable sealing material, and after connecting the lead wires, it is molded with Hypalon rubber, ensuring that there is no decrease in insulation even after long-term storage. The solid solution heat treatment is conducted under complete temperature control to address grain boundary corrosion and stress corrosion. 【Features】 ■ No decrease in insulation even after long-term storage ■ Increased filling density of the insulating powder (MgO) improves thermal conductivity from the heating wire to the sheath (outer tube) while also enhancing vibration resistance ■ Addresses grain boundary corrosion and stress corrosion *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Anti-fog mirror heater "Surface Heat Body Grafted Carbon"

The fogged-up mirror of the washbasin is no longer foggy! We deliver a comfortable washroom space!

The "Surface Heating Grafted Carbon" is a defogging mirror heater that prevents fogging of mirrors due to steam in places like bathrooms. It can be used as a defogger for mirrors in hotel, apartment, and single-family home vanities by attaching it to the back of the mirror. The heating element uses a surface heating grafted carbon that heats up completely, effectively eliminating fog from the mirror. 【Features】 ■ Heats up quickly and demonstrates defogging effects with low power consumption due to its full-surface heating. ■ Thin design with double-sided adhesive tape for easy installation on the mirror. ■ The power cord exit is completely sealed with resin, providing excellent water resistance. ■ The main body is molded from heat-resistant insulating material, ensuring outstanding durability. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Commercial Dryer

A heater manufacturer capable of product design, resulting in early product release! A case where we were able to make a satisfactory proposal.

We would like to introduce a case where we made proposals that included not only individual heaters but also units for a dryer manufacturer engaged in design, development, can manufacturing, and assembly, regarding the production of commercial dryers. Initially, the company was using heaters from another manufacturer, but due to a lack of personnel with heater expertise in-house, there were many meetings and consultations, and because the transactions were long-distance, the development did not progress smoothly. By proposing units, we were able to shorten the design workload, and by ensuring consistent arrangements during mass production, we reduced the effort required for ordering components, resulting in a shorter manufacturing lead time. [Case Overview] ■ Background: The lack of personnel with heater expertise in-house was a bottleneck. ■ Solution: By requesting a manufacturer in our area of expertise, evaluations could be conducted as planned. ■ Effect: Quick responses allowed for a reduction in time from product development to mass production. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
